My name is Robert Wassum, and I am a licensed architect specializing in custom single-family residential design. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and my Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florida.

Over the past eight years, I have worked on a wide range of residential projects throughout Florida and Texas, from renovations and additions to fully custom homes of varying scales and styles. My experience includes ADUs, barndominiums, A-frame homes, and both single-story and multi-story custom residences. Each project is shaped around the lifestyle, priorities, and personality of the homeowner, rather than a predetermined design style.

I am particularly interested in the relationship between architecture and place — how a home responds to its landscape, climate, neighborhood, and surrounding context. Whether the project is located within an urban setting, a suburban neighborhood, or a rural property, I believe the strongest homes feel connected to their environment and naturally rooted within the site.

My approach emphasizes collaboration and thoughtful detailing to create homes that feel warm, intentional, and enduring. I enjoy working closely with homeowners throughout the design process to create spaces that are both highly personal and deeply functional for the way they live.
